When disaster strikes, AL NOOR TRUST is there to provide immediate assistance. Whether it’s a natural disaster, conflict, or an unexpected crisis, we deliver emergency relief including food, shelter, medical supplies, and more to help affected communities recover and rebuild.
a. To take up initiative to supply the fiee water and other necessaly items to the poor and needy peoples and to provide free education to the orphars as well as poor children’s or aly other work through out Cormtry/world especially in UT Jammu And Kashmir india.
b. To provide free food shelter and other basic amenities of life such as Toilet, Washroom facility etc. to stay in the Country and in UT of J&K.
C. To render helping hand to old and infants.
d. To provide health assistance to the people visiting UT of J&K from rest of the country.
e. That the trust will work for the welfare of the poor and needy peoples and also to construct lane and drains and washrooms in the Country and UT of J&K and also provide free education, uniform, books and other financial assistance to the widows, poor childrens, orphan and also arrange poor and Orphan girl marriages in the Country/World especially in UT of J&K.
PROVIDED the Trust may carry out the various objects mentioned above in such manner and to the extent the Trustees may decide upon from time to time.
a. The above-mentioned TRUSTEES shall be the life-members of the TRUST.
b. In case of death of a TRUSTEE, his office shall not be succeeded by his legal heirs automatically, unless he has nominated one (whether legal heir or otherwise) during his life- time and the nomination has been accepted by a simple majority of the total TRUSTEES constituting the TRUST at the appropriate time.
с. In case of a vacancy in the TRUST, the same shall be filled by the TRUSTEES existing at the appropriate time by a two-third
d. Majority of the total membership. In case dissolution of the trust all the funds assets will be transfer to some other trust, society having similar objectives
e. That the funds / property of the trust will be used only for the purpose of trust
